Technological applications are used to make decisions in green industries, especially those dependent on regulations and internal policies, are considered important aspects to be taken with consideration, especially in cases of strategic decision making within the unit industrial. The general policy of an industry begins with the planning and implementation of environmental policies and standards may at some time have an impact on the balance of the company's internal policy, called policy of "Cornish".
The integration of environmental policy in this balance can have good environmental decisions and is able to modernize industry and have healthy economic impacts throughout the industrial cycle, posing a real challenge for the creation of the sustainable green industry.
Green environmental policy application of new technologies in the field of production reduces the environmental impact, and what is now called "green technologies" should be directed:
Axis 1: How the new environmental standards can be integrated into economic equilibrium Green
Axis 2: the transfer of green technologies which are used in European countries that have played an important role in the proper use of raw materials, energy saving and reduced environmental impact.
This paper discusses these two areas and their adaptations in the local environment, their involvement in Arab countries and how, through the transfer of industrial technology, we can create sustainable technology partnerships &participate in local development.
