Privacy Notice
IES EMEA is committed to providing visitors with a website that respects

Severability

Jurisdiction
IES EMEA is a corporation under the laws of France. The Site is
physically maintained and operated by IES EMEA within the city of Paris,
France. This Agreement is governed by the laws of France applicable therein and
should be treated as a French contract without reference to the principals of
conflicts of law. All disputes arising from or in connection with the Site
shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Paris,
France. You attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city of
Paris to finally adjudicate any legal proceeding arising out of or in
connection with the Site. Any disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive
jurisdiction of the Courts of Paris, France.
Language
In case you are a visitors to this site who reads, accepts, and agrees
to the English language version of the legal notice, you confirm and
acknowledge that the French language version of the legal notice will govern in
the event of any inconsistency between the English and French versions.
